1.  Marketing Operation Staff (Code: MO)
Job Description : Responsible to handle administration operation regarding activity of sales and marketing

2. General Affair Staff (code: GA)
Job Description : Responsible to manage building and company’s assets

3. Logistic Administrator (Code: LO)
Job Description: Handle receiving and delivery vehicle and spare part in smooth operation. Support improvement activity in area.

4. Warehouse Administration (Code: WA)
Job Description : Responsible to prepare smooth operation support in our spare parts Warehouse

5. IT Staff (Code: ITS)
Job Description: Responsible to handle costing administration control and monitoring. Responsible to handle account receivable for our vehicle, part and service.


REQUIREMENT:

  • D3 Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Information Engineering, Administration & Accounting
  • GPA > 3.00, Age max 25 years old
  • Fluent in English, both in oral and written
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Preferable those with organizational experience
  • Have excellent communication skill
  • Have strong analytical thinking

1. Product Development Analyst (Code: PD)
Job Description: Responsible to manage lifetime of out product and anticipate competitor’s movement.
Candidate must have interest and knowledge about automotive industry

2. After-Sales Analyst (Code: ASA)
Job Description : Responsible to make an improvement in our after-sales area including TOYOTA’s outlet workshop. Facility and manpower related.

3. Customer Relation Analyst (Code: CRA)
Job Description: Responsible to handle customer satisfaction survey and handle customer’s inquiry and complaint.

4. Outlet Development Analyst (Code: ODA)
Job Description: Responsible to maintain and develop the standardization of TOYOTA’s outlet to attract and give the best service for customer.

5. Sales – Force Trainer (Code: SFT)
Job Description: Responsible to develop our Toyota’s sales force by establishing curriculum and conduct training.

6. Corporate Analyst (Code: CA)
Job Description: Responsible to handle corporate matters including planning relation with government public relation, secretary, and CSR activities.


REQUIREMENT:

  • S1/S2 from Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Management Economics, Psychology, Public Relation
  • GPA> 3.00
  • Age max 27 years old
  • Fluent in English, both in oral and written
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Preferable those with organizational experience
  • Have strong analytical thinking
