Organization Development and Talent Management Officer (HR-ODTM)
Objective:
- Monitors the development, analyze, and recommends organizational design and also
- Employee Career Development Path in order to acquire organization is target.
Qualification required:
- Female/Male
- Holds Bachelor/Master Degree in Management (HRM) or Psychology (Profession I/O Psychology) from distinguish university, with more than 3.00 GPA
- Previous related experience in designated field for at least 2 years would be an advantage Highly interested supported with sufficient knowledge and handiness in HR Operations
- (Job evaluation, Performance Appraisal, Career Planning, Organizational Development, Individual Development Plan, and HAV Audit)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with an outgoing personality Analytical and organized Computer literate (MS. Office)
