Soft Skill Training Officer - SSTO
If you:

• Are expert in the training field such as training delivery, training evaluation, TNA and the design of training syllabus/curriculum, especially soft skills
• Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university (any major), min GPA of 3.00
• Have worked as a trainer for the past 2 years
• Believe in growing people as one of your passion
• Have a "can do" attitude
• Always want to strive for excellence, act professionally and deal with care
• Have no issues with traveling and love public speaking

And you are:

• Not older than 30 years old
• Energetic, extrovert and assertive
• Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily

District Sales Manager OTC - DSM OTC

General Requirements:

• Min. graduated from D3, any major
• Have at least 3 years experience as Area Manager or 1 year as District Sales Manager
• Have deep knowledge about teritorry mapping : DKI Jakarta
• From OTC or Fast Moving Consumer Goods company
• Experience in both Principal and Distributor would be beneficial
• Have wide networking with wholesalers and stores
• Possess experience of promotion and marketing activities execution
• Proven track record in Sales Target Achievement
• Good in project planning, execution and project reporting
• Many travelling required (based in DKI Jakarta)

Other requirements :

• Energetic and creative
• Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
• Have good communication, influencing and negotiation skill
