SITE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (SST)
Responsible to support product under warranty period,Commissioning and site intervention. Project completion andSupport product under warranty period.Will be traveled a lot.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma III Politechnic/ Electrical or S1 Electrical Engineering
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Min English (Pasive)
• Computer Knowledge, Wiring Diagram, Electrical Network Process,  Aut.Hi Tech, Technical Knowledge
• Generating product knowledge in detail (commissioning, problem solving and maintenance), Testing procedure, Setting calculation and application on any kind of relay protection, Able to use tools of site activity
• Able to work underpressure in remote area
• Based in Jakarta

DATA SUPPORT SPECIALIST (DSS)
Responsibilities :

• Create and modify Material Management (MM & SD module) in SAP    
• Build business data statistic reports regularly
• Support other division in business reports related with SAP database    
• Manage software database
• Lead database project such as creating new reporting application software

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Information System (IT)
• 2-3 years working experience in the same field
• Understanding about SAP - MM & SD module - BW
• Able to communicate in English and have good computer literate
• Fast learning, good analytical skill and possess strong drive
• Able to work under pressure, good teamwork

SALES ENGINEER (SE) (Surabaya)
Responsibilities :
Responsible to maintain & develop present and new customer, to promote and sell Schneider product & offer, to gain customers’ requirements and provide technical solution based on their needs. Candidate must process strong drive to achieve sales target.

Requirements :

• Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power or Control from reputable University S1 Degree.
• Minimum 2 years experiences & have Networking In  Industry
• Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
• Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
• Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
• Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider products in Medium & Low Voltage are definite advantages
• Will be placed in Surabaya

SYSTEMS ENGINEER (SYS)
DCS or PLC Project Engineering which includes Sales Support Activity, Project Execution, Commissioning and Field Supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

• S1 degree in Electrical , Instrumentation or IT Engineering
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Designing and Configuration of DCS or PLC
• Knowledge in IT Networking and/ or programming will be an advantage.
• Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
• Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
• Willing to travel
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Fluent English Both Oral & Written

PROJECT ADMIN MANAGER (PAM)
This position will perform various project administration duties such as monitoring contract progress and deliverables, contract management, quality of the project execution and project payment. To ensure the quality of project life cycle from tendering until closing and also ensuring the progress payment of the project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Bachelor Degree from reputable University Majoring Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years experience in similar field
• Have knowledge on project management & quality
• Proven track record in preparing project specification, project Monitoring report, Excellent spreadsheet and communication skills and attention to details is required.
• Good in numerical ability and detail-oriented
• Good English (oral and written) & computer literate

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• Having at least 5 years experience as Project Manager in manufacturing company for managing product transfer or new products set up
• Understand Industrial Economic Study, Costing Analysis and Project Management. Successful candidate will be required to advise the project analysis and potential business decisions.
• Understand manufacturing and supply chain process, able to analyze issue and problem solving
• Understand manufacturing and quality performance, manufacturing strategy
• Able to build good relationship with other party and customer focus.
• Good communication skill in English (French is an advantage), good leadership skill for managing a project team.

PLANT CONTROLLER (PC)
Requirements:

• Degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting
• At least 2 (two) years experience in a manager position as Plant/Finance controller in a Multi National Company (MNC) – manufacturing Industry.
• The role wilt encompasses all areas of factory controlling. Working alongside the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will be required to advise on potential acquisitions and business decisions made by the company.
• This role is a hands role with the emphasis on providing genuine industrial direction to the PM of a fast growing electronic manufacturer.
• As well as ultimate responsibility for the financial accounts preparation, you will provide regular relevant analysis and make course changing business decisions.

MANAGEMENT CONTROL (MC)
Requirements:

• Degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting
• Accounting, Financial or budget planning background and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in that context and with strong exposure to management controlling and financial reporting.
• Experience in Manufacturing Finance Management is considered an advantage.
• Management Control is reporting to the Plant Controller.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, organizational and coordinating skills.
• Ability to multi tasks and prioritize, recognizing financial timelines and full alignment to set objectives.
• Pro-activeness, assertiveness, team working, adaptability and flexibility are essential requirements.

COST CONTROL (CC)
Requirements:

• Degree from reputable university – majoring in Accounting, with mm GPA 3.0
• Having at least 2 years experience in manufacturing company.
• Cost Controller is reporting to the Plant Controller.
• Able to handle product costing and fixed asset management processing investment request, asset tagging and its reporting.
• Forecasting and its variance analysis along with monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Advisory to Management regarding optimization of costs, efficiency and productivity.
• Experience in multinational company is considered an advantage
• Having knowledge of SAP system is considered an advantage

MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR (MS)
Requirements:

• Degree in industrial / Electrical / Electronic Engineering from reputable university.
• Having at least 4 years experience in high volume manufacturing company as Manufacturing / Production Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and having experience in managing and controlling manpower
• Excellent knowledge in manufacturing system (lean manufacturing, kanban, 55) and planning.
• Strongly contribute in continubus Improvement program (Six Sigma)
• Having knowledge in design production process, production line, jigs and fixtures will be an advantage
• Familiar with SAP system (PP Module) is an advantage

SUPPLY CHAIN BUYER/INVENTORY CONTROL
Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Management from reputable university.
• Having 3 years experience as Inventory Control in manufacturing company
• Having knowledge and experience in place order on time and follow up delivery, shortage and excess follow up, analyze inventory level & put reasonable safety stock and Supplier Management.
• Familiar with SAP system (MM Module) is a must

SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER
Requirements:

• Degree in industrial or Electronic / Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
• Having 3 years experience in manufacturing company as a Planner
• Having knowledge and experiences to ensure on time delivery to customer, to ensure and monitoring production performance, to communicate with customer (global) on customer needs and delivery schedule, to develop production plan based on line capacity & customer priority.
• Familiar with SAP system is a must.

MANUFACTURING TEAM LEADER / PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Requirements:

• Diploma in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• Lead a Team of 40-60 Operators
• Responsible for the daily production planning and ensure it can be executed
• Review between plan and actual output and lead the action plan to solve the issue with concern team and support function.
• Lead support function for improvement and productivity
• Available to work following shift
• Report to Unit Manufacturing Supervisor
• Having experience as Manufacturing Supervisor / Asst. Manufacturing Supervisor in manual assembly manufacturing process.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing system, Efficiency calculation and manpower arrangement
