Supervisor VAS Content Operation – RBT & Brew (VAS-CO)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Establish and update / maintain the process or procedures related to VAS RBT&BREW operation
• Operate end-to-end related for Platform and Application of VAS RBT&BREW:
• Be responsible for producing a daily, weekly, and monthly report on all related business aspects under the scope of Platform and Application of VAS RBT&BREW
• Be responsible to monitor and reporting the quality of Platform and Application of VAS RBT&BREW
• Conduct product performance evaluation and analysis, and propose solution for product improvement and/or revenue enhancement
• Conducting UAT for new products/features enhancement, and regular test to make sure product continuity
• Internal and external coordination for project progress monitoring
• Proposing promotion plan (product/feature, communication, and tools) for enhancing revenue
• Coordination with cross functional teams for integration / execution of changes to the Platform and Application

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Good knowledge in wireless and internet business, CDMA technology and infrastructure; specially on Product Management and Customer Relations Management (CRM)
• Possess good business sense and capable to handle data
• Good competencies in Telecommunication environment, English Language, and basic Finance
• Good skills in communication, interpersonal and self-assessment, teamwork, inspire trust, and communicate effectively
• Strong knowledge of VAS network element (MSC, SMSC, HLR, RBT, IN)

Staff VAS NPI M-Commerce (VAS Comm)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Drive innovation development for M-Commerce product value chain portfolio across all platform
• Management of global partners and relationships
• Business planning and business case creation
• Creating and organizing end to end project management including but not limited activities such as vendor management, product notes creation, business requirement, RFP & RFI
• Be on top of consumer trends, market trends & new forthcoming innovations

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Good knowledge about market and mobile commerce technology development in Indonesia
• Possess good technical knowledge and business sense
• Good competencies in Telecommunication environment, technology informatics especially in creating new product and value added services

Job Description:

• To provide the existing data for core technology planning, such as of subscriber, Erlang, BHCA, circuit, traffic distribution for every city / network element

• To analyze the data prepare the planning for expansion or optimization
• To prepare the template for Technical Specification, Scope or Work, Bidding Scoring

• Create VAS Content program : Gather New Accounts, Handling existing accounts, making new agreements, complains handling, understand the essence of CP-Telco Connection.
• Coordination with cross functional team for integration
• Reporting and legal documents.

Requirements :

• Preferably have experience in handling Account, Project or Partnership.
• Have minimum 3 year work experience in Content/Solution provider, Mobile Operator or Telecommunication Industry
• Good Customer Relation Management.
