KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Brief Description:
Key Account Executive’s (KAE) main roles and responsibilities is managing business relationship with key customers (major retailers) and it is a part of sales division. In a brief, a KAE should be able to manage various aspects related to customer management such as sales performance, working capital, return on investment, field sales force development, distributor management, and many other related aspects. Flexibility is important since a KAE should be ready to be placed at anywhere including outside Java, and furthermore a KAE should have both strong strategic thinking as well as strong in field sales execution. Fluent in English is very important  as well as presentation skill since some KAE should manage international customers. Strong leadership and drive style also crucial since a KAE should lead a group of front liner.

Specific Requirements:

• 2009/2010 Graduates with GPA 3.00
• Fluent English
