Tenant Relations & Fit-Out (HORO)
(Jakarta Raya - Pasar Rebo & Kelapa Gading)
Responsibilities:

• The incumbent would be responsible for assisting day-to-day activities of Lotte’s Tenant Manager. He/she is responsible for but not limited to:
• Follow Up tenant prospects on Lotte leasable area
• Responsible for marketing development of Lotte commercial area and its activities
• Coordinate administration and tenant payment of Lotte leasable area with Finance Dept.
• Assist tenants to align their concept with Lotte concept
• Create and maintain reports of his/her activities

Requirements:

• An Ideal candidate would posses these following skills:
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions (Tenant Relations / Fit Out)
• Has strong exposure in marketing development for large commercial area
• Holds a bachelor degree (S1) preferably in engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00 from a TOP public and private university in Indonesia
• Having a good command of English
• Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with employees and third party
• Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable
• Sufficient skills to listen and ascertain the needs of employees, ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to employees and third party, ability to respond to problems tactfully and courteously

General requirements:

• Have a Bachelor degree (S1) to the position of Department Head / Sales Manager upwards, from accredited University A, with a minimum GPA of 2.75. Preferably has a Master's degree / Master (S2)

• Understand how to use computers, including using Microsoft Office programs, like Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc..
• Can speak English well, written and oral preferred
• Able to manage a good cooperation with third parties such as suppliers, business colleagues, and other partners, through effective communication both orally and in writing.
• Intelligent, able to work in teams, hardworking, and reliable.
• Willing and want to share the knowledge / expertise with colleagues.

• Willing to work in shifts and weekends
