VP Operational Risk

Responsibilities:
- Manage and minimize operational risk to protect the Bank from foreseeable risks and potential losses and increase awareness on Operational Risk matters across Indonesia Management Office.
- Ensure that Operational Risk Control commensurate with the volume/scale of operations. Review consistent compliance to control procedures in the Corporate or Amanah Business units, reporting and escalation of potential and reported breaches.
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
Requirement:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as internal or external auditor (for/within banking industry is preferable) or risk management or control function within the Bank
- Has a banking operation knowledge

- Interest to work with detail and strive for accuracy in timely manner
