Relationship Manager - SME

Key Accountibilities :

Memperoleh nasabah baru , top up dan cross selling untuk memenuhi target dari management melalui :
Referensi debitur lama
Walk in customer
Dengan menggunakan sarana sales call, kunjungan, surat penawaran awal serta weekly / monthly account planning report serta pipeline
Melakukan kunjungan ke calon nasabah untuk memastikan kebutuhan akan produk perbankan dan menindaklanjuti informasi awal mengenai calon nasabah. Kemudian membuat call memo untuk mencatat informasi awal yang diperoleh dari calon nasabah.
Berpengalaman selama 2 tahun dibidang yang sama (sebagai Relationship Manager).
Menjalankan tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan pembuatan proposal kredit
Menjalankan tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan pengajuan proposal kredit
Menjalankan tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan pre disbursement dan post disbursement fasilitas debitur
Menjalankan tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan account maintenance

Program :
Lama Program : 12 bulan terdiri dari tahap-tahap sbb :

Class Room (4 – 5 minggu)
Job Assignment : setelah class room sampai dengan akhir bulan ke 12
Selama program akan dilakukan evaluasi dan mentoring serta bersifat sistem gugur
Setelah 12 bulan porgram dan dinyatakan lulus akan diangkat sebagai Karyawan Tetap dengan ikatan dinas selama 12 bulan.
Ijasah akan ditahan selama program ( 24 bulan) dan bila dalam 24 bulan sejak awal program peserta mengajukan pengunduran diri karena alasan apa pun maka akan dikenai denda / pinalty.
