Cost Accountant
(Jawa Barat - Cikarang)
Responsibilities:

• Ad hoc assignments as necessary.
• To monitor billing to selected customers, including to summarize all related actual cost, ensure the completeness &filing of    related supporting documents, compare with budget & provide explanations on variance.
• To prepare financial analysis (closely working with the operations team) & provide reports to both operations & finance.
• Prepare monthly management reports (including project cash flow monitoring, aging analysis, profitability analysis, job costing analysis by site, etc).
• Involvement in month end closing under tight deadlines.
• To assist in the preparation of potential capital expenditure proposals using DCF techniques.

Requirements:

• He / she must have accounting background with work experience around 3 - 5 years (preferable in the field of cost accounting or management accounting in general).
• Strong oral / written communication skills in English is a must
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing be placed in Cikarang

Job Description:

• Manage and control day-to-day operational aspects (OM,WM)

• ensure all operation follow the standard procedure (OM/WM/WS)
• ensure the system of inbound and/or outbound process is carried yout properly without mistakes (WM/DE)
• conduct physical check & reconcile wit data storage system (WM/WS/IC)
• able to provide effective & efficient transportation system (OC)
• ensure picking process & equipment usage are conducted properly to avoid any shrinkage or wrong picking (PC/OPR)
• Check the accuracy of outgoing product activities with strict adherence to establish procedure (SA).
• Planning, organizing, developing policies, selection and placement, training & development, Performance Management (HRO/HRA)

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in warehousing/distribution center for retail/FMCG industry (ALL)
• Familiar with WMS/TMS (OM/ws/DE/IC/OC)
• Minimum diploma (D3) in any major or related field (WS/OC/CS/OPR/P/C/SA/HRO)
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in any major or related field for manager level (OM/WM/HRA)
• Good understanding of HRIS, payroll & Labor law (HRO/HRA)
• Good spoken and written English is a must
• meticulous, responsible, initiative & commited indivdual, and able to work under pressure
