The program is designed to give the opportunity for fresh graduates to transform knowledge into real working environment, particularly within IBM.

IBM Apprenticeship Program is a 6-month-development program where fresh graduates are given with knowledge and skills (hard skills and soft skills) through various workshop/s and other activities such as job shadowing and on-job-training.
