Sales Controlling , Code : SE
Responsibility  :

• Months End Closing activities and Reporting
• Monitoring sales profitability, budgets and rebate systems.
• Execute and accurate sales planning FC and BII preparation.
• Keep track of customer’s related application and credit limit approval.

Qualification :

• Degree in Economy/Accounting/Management.
• Having a minimum of 2 years experience in same fields.
• Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Excel and having SAP would be advantage.
• Well organized & willing to work in a team.
• Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Human Resources Officer ( Code : HRO )
Responsibility :

• Staffing (recruitment & administration), Employee Consoling, Training, HRIS Administration & Analysis, HRIS.

Qualification:

• Degree in Management, Law and prefer in Psychology.
• Having a minimum of 5 years in same the same field, having good knowledge in labor regulation.
• Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office, HRIS and having SAP would be advantage.
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication, Analytical, administration skills.

HR Staff ( Code: HRS )
Responsibility :

• Employee salary calculation
• HR administration & analysis (such as : absenteeism, overtime, working hour, working schedule, etc.)
• Conduct the employee counseling & recruitment
• Preparing all HR reports
• Maintain HRIS Data

Qualification   :

• Diploma and degree in Management, Psychology or Law.
• Able to communicate in English (oral & written).
• Excellent in computer literate such as MS Office, HRMS/HRIS, SAP system.
• Has experience in HR Field minimum 2 years.
• Understood payroll process, income tax calculation, employee consultation.
• Having good knowledge in labor regulation.

Production Technician ( Code: PT )
Responsibility :

• Keeping machine efficiency, shrinkage and quality following to the target.
• Working as technical such as alignment, repairing, lubrication and regular maintenance.
• Maintain machines following plan.
• Fully responsibility daily routine process control check and mechanical aspect.
• Responsible to the raw material consumption.
• Keeping stable process and continuous improvement.
• Fill in hourly record of defect each machines and detail analysis to take into fast action.

Qualification   :

• Diploma in Technical, Electrical or Mechanical Studies.
• From 3-5 years experiences in engineering field Prefer in lighting manufacturing.
• TPM experience.
• Maintenance program experience.
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written).

Mechanical Designer, ( Code: MD )
 
Responsibility :

• Designing mechanical tools/ equipments.
• Drafting mechanical drawing.
• Working in project.
• Maintaining mechanical drawing in technical support department.

Qualification   :

• Diploma/ university graduate from technical school institution.
• 2 years experience as drafter.
• Technical drawing with AutoCAD version 2000
• Basic Mechanical drawing
• Basic Mechanical processing (milling, turning, drilling,welding, etc)
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written).

Process Engineer (Code: PE)
(Tangerang)
Responsibility:

• Performance semi routine and moderately complex activity for development and implementation of    &nbspprocess/ manufacturing techniques.
• Modifies process formulation, definition of standard processing and handling equipment and methods used    &nbspin the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of product produce by company.
• Review product requirement with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
• Recommends and prepares changes, additions and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing    &nbspprocess.
• Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limit and variable for process of materials    &nbspspecification.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Able to operate MS Office, Mechanical Drawing 
• Good analytical skills, Technical Process and Mechanical 
• Having ISO knowledge and TPM 
• Fluent in English.

Solid State Lighting Specialist (Code: SSL)
(Based in Tangerang)
Responsibility:

• Develop SSL distribution channel in line the overall company guidelines.
• Proactively seeking new opportunity for SSL business Indonesia
• Perform products and pricing distribution strategies in line with SSL channel manager
• Perform SSL sales from design phase until completion
• Achieve SSL Sales Target.

Qualification:

• Prior SSL sales experience is a must, having a minimum of 2 years experience in SSL sales, Strong    &nbsptechnical and lighting knowledge background would be necessary.
• Having networks and contacts to SSL players in Indonesia.
• Degree Architect / Designer or Electrical Engineering. 
• Able to operate AutoCAD and 3D-max.
• Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skill
• Able to work with consultants, designers and high level people.
• Fluent in English.
