Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or max 1 year of experience (S1, or D3 for Engineering) from Accounting; Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Law, Management.
• Candidates not yet graduated, but will be graduated in 2010 are also allowed to apply
• Max 24 years old
• Like challenges, fast learning and able to quickly adapt to new environment
• Excellent Communication skill willing to work hard and able to work as a team.

Selected candidates will be placed in Leasing, Marketing, Operation, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Design or Project Department according to their education background and interest.
