Management Trainee Program , Supervisor in Procurement (SP)– Jakarta (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:
The role:
- To purchase component of Raw & Packaging Material and manage subcontractor manufacturing, including negotiation, Supplier Management, also supporting Sourcing & Procurement Manager in Managing the Portfolio.
- To find appropriate suppliers, negotiate price, maintain relationship and communication with business partner.
- To maintain Purchasing Info Record (PIR), Source List (SIL) and Quota Arrangement, update unit price in PO Production (In SAP).
Requirements:
- University degree in any fields.
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experiance in the similar job or responsibility.
- English proficient.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge in SAP, ISO 9001:2008 (Implementation and Documentation), also Procurement Management would be an advantage.
- Good analysis and negotiation skill.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
