Corporate Account Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Seek & identify opportunity and capturung new business for postpaid from Corporate and SME
- Build, win and develop new prospects corporation including estimated realization of Sales target plan
- Manage, maintain and develop existing customers to ensure deliverables, scope, providing solutions and customers satisfaction
- Keep customers through consistently focusing on reviewing and improving customer relationships through building lasting relationship
- Able to achieve Sales target according to Sales plan
- Clearly communicate product portfolio being offered by AXIS
- Compile and prepare Sales project report, ensure accuracy if data report and on time submission
- Regularly visit customers and employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving Sales target
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree from any Discipline
- Have experience in managing and handling account at least 2 years
- Have Telco experience, especially in Sales & Marketing
- Fluent in English and Computer literacy
- Excellent competencies in Planning & Organizing, Strategic Decision Making, Collaboration and Sales Persuasiveness
Business Process Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Analyze, develop, create & coordinate quality business process related which is focus on new, existing & continous improvement process in order to provide customer centric experience, efficiencies & effectiveness with an aggressive target in order to support the operational to achieve objective and target
- Gather, analyze & review related datato support analysis on existing or new process including providing impact analysis order to achieve operations excellence in which is lead to quality of customer satisfaction & maintaining customer's experience
- Maintain existing business process technology/system or application which is influencing the operational directly or indirectly to maintain the operation effectiveness & efficiencies which will influencing on managing customer's experience and maintaining customer's satisfaction
- Liase with related Functions/Departments/Divisions/Units in order to provide accurate information and support of the new or existing process development & implementation due to new initiatives, programs, products and system enhancement that influence the operational to achieve effectiveness & efficiencies and quality of customers' experience
- Continously show good performance including the team of any assigments/projects that have been assigned to support & handle Inbound & Outbound Calls Services & collection (if needed) in order to maintain good Customer Satisfaction Level
- Minimum Degree from any Discipline
- Have ability in English, computer and presentation
- Have knowledge in Telecommunication/Banking/Insurance/FMCG
- Have minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Sales & Service, Finance, IT or Marketing, Complaint & Recovery Management, Customer Satisfaction Management, Project Management in Telecommunication/Banking/Insurance/FMCG
- Have experience in related Business Process Sales & Service or Marketing, Service Quality Operations System or Applications (such as Knowledge Management, e-Learning Development, Sales Application, Service Management System, Billing Opeation System, SAP Application, CRM Application)

Admin & Operational Security & Risk Management
Job Descriptions:
- Support daily operation Security & Safety Rrisk Management
- Do administrative and operation aspects of the Safety and Security Risk
- Assist in supporting documents incident and accident risk which occurs in working area/filled of NTS asset
- Do administrative and operation aspects of the Security Risk Management Department in supporting of the Security Risk Management Executive West Java
- Prepare reports relate to the Safety and Security matter
- Ensure all reports related to Safety and Security Risk Management matters are submitted in timely manner and provided for other departments who require those pertinent information
- Control the existing Security Guard and make coordination with local military/polic and other related institutions
- Assist to suggest effective Security Guard Deployment
- Support other department that require Security and Safety advice
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) or Senior high School with minimum 2 years working experience in Operational Security
- Underestand local language (Bahsa Sunda) and English both oral and written
- Good knowldge of West Java areas
- Good skill in operating MS Office applications
- Understand and practice Security concept
- Able to work in under minimum supervision and under pressure
