Customer Service (CS-JKT)

Responsibilities:
- Receive Notification import shipment from Customer Service
- Follow up to get PIB draft approval and send information to Customer Service once get confirmation
- Provide SK, any special document requirement
- Provide supporting document and update for Formality process
- Update shipment process to customer and monitoring delivery cargo from sea/air port to Warehouse
- Provide Daily & Monthly report to customer
- Assist to follow up submission and payment of billing invoice to customer
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Minimum Education Background S1 from any discipline
- Good in computer skill
- Able to communicate in English (Oral & writing)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in same position from forwarding company
- Having knowledge about Export/Import as well as Customer Clearance process is a must
- Good problem solving & communication skill
- Placement will be in Cengkareng, Jakarta.
