- For People Development : Good understanding in training, have to showing high attention & interest in People Development, maturity enough, like People & Social networking.
- For Organization Development : Able to aplicate Industrial Engineering tools in Organization Development.
- English is a must and Mandarin will be advantage
- Willing to travel
