1. Finance Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Provides financial analysis and consultation to support strategic decision making in areas such as competitor analysis, cost reductions, and internal performance measurement;
  • Optimizes business plans especially in financial analysis of company’s products to help improve business results;
  • Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control while performing technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance;
  • Solves problems and develops new methods of analysis in order to support management in pricing strategy;
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams in developing pricing strategy and business forecast;
  • Monitors and analyses financial performance besides makes financial report derived from each project or business activities;
  • Provides timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts or budgets, and direct management attention to corrective action where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) from reputable university (overseas graduates are preferred) in the area of Finance/Accounting/Management/Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in financial planning and assessment, also in product management and analysis.
  • At least 3 years in managerial position in the ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) industry. Preferably from multinational company.
  • Knowledgeable in financial budgeting, forecasting, project feasibility analysis, and costing.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.

2. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Executes marketing programs and activities to increase sales based on market research;
  • Manages customers and potential customers by maintaining and developing relationship via meetings, telephone calls and emails to ensure continued and/or new contracts;
  • Confers with customer and potential customers regarding service needs and advises customers on types of products to purchase;
  • Maintains a level of sales achievement for a define market segment by developing sales strategy and program;
  • Negotiates at a certain level within well-defined limits of discretion to win significant contracts;
  • Targets new accounts and exploits business opportunities to achieve sales targets;

Requirements:

  • Have solid channel or corporate users sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with the user(s) and and other stakeholders in order to determine their needs.
  • Generates the highest level of system requirements, based on the user’s needs and other constraints such as cost and schedule.
  • Ensures that this set of high level requirements is consistent, complete, correct, and operationally defined.
  • Performs cost-benefit analyses to determine whether requirements are best met by manual, software, or hardware functions.
  • Interfaces with the design and implementation engineers, so that any problems arising during design or implementation can be resolved in accordance with the fundamental architectural concepts, and user needs and constraints.
  • Generates a set of acceptance test requirements, together with the designers, test engineers, and the user, which determine that all of the high level requirements have been met.
  • Generates products such as sketches, models, an early user guide, and prototypes to keep the user and the engineers constantly up to date and in agreement on the system to be provided as it evolves.

Requirements:

5. Senior Application Developer
Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes information processing or computation needs, plans and designs computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering to meet user requirements.
  • Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, evaluates, modifies, deploys, maintains, and documents multi-tiered, high-volume, complex applications in aviation industry.
  • Utilizes IT programs in a real-time, large-scale, complex, distributed environment to deliver applications that are core to the availability of company service.
  • Handles highly complex technical issues, and undertakes system and business analysis requiring a thorough understanding of the entire project and coordination with other team members.
  • Serves as a key technical resource in the full development cycle from defining requirements, design, implementation, documentation, or maintenance, working within broadly defined parameters.
  • May responsible for projects of major importance and difficulty, necessitating the application of advance computer systems knowledge.
  • Develops module for user training program and provides staff and users with assistance using the systems or programs that developed.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in software design/development.
  • Experienced in Java programming or other object oriented languages

6. Senior Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:

  • Develops, facilitates and maintains best of breed product support tools to aid in the product support process.
  • Provides troubleshooting for 3rd level problems related to applications running on servers, and their interactions.
  • Analyzes, collects, maintains and distributes key technology metrics for existing products.
  • Participates in the software development lifecycle, through attending new feature requirements reviews and developing leading edge processes to support new product enhancements.
  • Creates and maintains documentation and procedures related to the maintenance and operation of application systems.
  • Recommends new technology products (hardware, software, disaster recovery) that can be leveraged as part of the software development.
  • Assists in determining the hardware requirements for new applications based on load projections and the function of the application.
  • Leads small and medium-scale development projects involving cross-functional departments.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of technical experience in the related field.
  • Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, relational database and network design.
  • Knowledge of Router and switch configuration for LAN/WAN environments.
  • Knowledge of routing, transport, and QoS performance concerns for communications.

7. Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls quality assurance programs and activities.
  • Analyzes, modifies and develops quality standards that comply with corporate and industry standards.
  • Provides direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding quality standard and procedures.
  • Supervises audit on production work process and procedures to achieve quality goals and to ensure compliance to documented processes and technical documents.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives or project.
  • Ensures that corrective action plans are initiated and monitored, and that management is apprised of significant quality issues and progress.

Requirements:

8. Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Manages market research, monitors competitor’s activity, and identifies customer needs.
  • Develops business plans, manages specified product lifecycles, and product positioning in the market place.
  • Proposes concept go-to market strategy, marketing plans and product roadmaps based on technology review.
  • Monitors applicability and profitability of products / product lines and may make suggestions to modify business plans accordingly.
  • Assists with development of product pricing, product analysis, predictive modeling, customer profile/segmentation, and measuring program effectiveness.
  • Acts as a liaison between the sales group and operations department, responding to ad hoc questions on products and requests for customized competitive reports and communicates accurate and timely product information to impacted departments.
  • Participates in the development and monitoring of sales campaign tracking reports and establishing control groups to ensure reports follow marketing information guidelines.
  • Work closely with other team member to prepare and present quarterly portfolio reviews for products managed.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Management/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university.

9. Legal Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the in-house legal counsel and provides legal advice to management and others regarding proposals or anticipated actions;
  • Prepares legal documents, drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment and related matters;
  • Drafts, reviews, and interprets contracts and other documentation affecting various areas of the business;
  • Performs routine legal research, and compiles data from such references as digest, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources;
  • Maintains the file systems for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders’, commissioners’, top management’s minutes and related memoranda.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Law from reputable University
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Familiar with Indonesian and foreign corporate laws, rules and regulations
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • The successful candidate will be assigned for minimum 12 months period with temporary employment bases.

10. SAP Finance Consultant
Responsibilities:

  • Gather, define and document business requirements.
  • Map business requirements to processes within SAP.
  • Design, create and document the configuration of SAP Financial modules to support business requirements.
  • Provide detailed functional specifications for custom (ABAP) development.
  • Responsible for providing technical support for SAP Finance processes.

Responsibilities:

12. Test Engineer
Responsibilities:

  • Develops test plans/procedures and software/ hardware configurations of the new product
  • Performs functional and structural analysis during test planning.
  • Analyses, writes, automate (when applicable) and execute test cases and procedures that define specific test criteria and the expected results to be achieved.
  • Integrates and tests software programs to verify and validate programs, functions and performance to meet specifications and requirements
  • Develops test cases and tests scripts based on functional requirements
  • Identifies performance defects and improvement opportunities to ensure the appropriateness of all product
  • Assists with various test reports and communicates regarding systems/product function and defects to users, analysts, developers and others.
  • Documents all test results in logs and reports
  • Works with the product development team as defined for a project to ensure that root cause is identified on all defects and all defects are tracked appropriately throughout the execution phase.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of test methodology, planning, preparation, execution; JAVA, C++ and Test automation skills.

13. Treasury Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities in treasury division
  • Analyses and evaluates cash and investment systems
  • Manages cash and short term investment, includes processing all cash transactions, daily cash reporting and funding/investments decisions
  • Prepares cash forecast of 30-90 days
  • Monitors, analyses and makes financial report derived from business activities
  • Analyses bank and investment fees, including analytical review and feasibility studies of banking and investment services to determine the accuracy of fees and to determine opportunities to reduce fees.
  • Projects short-term investment income and provide budget preparation

Responsibilities:

15. Helpdesk Assistant
Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to system users;
  • Receives and answers, within well-established guidelines, call center questions and complaints;
  • Answer users’ inquiries regarding software and hardware operation to resolve problems;
  • Dispatches service request on a day-to-day basis and escalate problems to 2nd level trouble shooters;
  • Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (S-1) in any discipline, preferably in Information System / Computer Science or other related area.
  • Minimum GPA 3,00.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
