HR OFFICER 
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Able to carry out recruitment process (sourcing, head hunter, managing mass recruitment, testing and interpretation are mastering tool),
  • Understanding the process of accounting (bookkeeping), payroll management, pph 21, worker and the process of payment (payment)

Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • Minimal S1 (Psychology, Accounting, Management)
  • With a minimum GPA of 2.75, scala 4 (graduating from a top university)
  • Able to work under pressure, placement in Jakarta
  • Min 1 year experience as staff recruitment or payroll staff in the banking or leasing (more value)
  • Mastering the recruitment process (sourcing, head hunter, managing mass recruitment, control equipment and test interpretation)
  • Mastering the process of accounting (bookkeeping), payroll management, pph 21, worker and understand the process of payment (payment)
  • Willing to travel to branch offices throughout Indonesia
