IT - NET DEVELOPER (ITND - A07)
Responsibilities:
- Developing application in C# .Net language.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Information Technology with GPA 2,75.
- Understand algorithm and and programming algorithm.
- Understand OOP and MVC, teoritical and practical implementation.
- Familiar with visual studio as developer tools.
- Familiar with syntax C# .net, (collection, generic, looping, variable declaration, class, inheritance).
- Familiar with ASP.NET, AJAX, javascript.
- Familiar with SQL query and others object like stored procedure, view, function.
FACULTY MEMBER (FAM - A07)
Responsibilities:
- Perform need analysis, program design and development, teaching and program evaluation.
- Monitor and provide guidelines for the implementation of InnovAstra program throughout Astra Group, and to ensure the improvement and innovation program run well.
- Bring the latest development or best practices in knowledge management, organization development and system management.
- Ensure the module meets the business needs and requirements.
- Convert the new knowledge into organizational competencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology or Business Management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable in Training and Development.
- Have strong passion in People Development.
- Required skill(s) Technical competencies (instructional design, consultation skills, presentation skills, IT literate and fluent in English), Non technical competencies (conceptual and systematic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal and communication skill, learning ability/fast learner).
AUDIT STAFF (AUD - A07)
Responsibilities:
- As an Audit Staff, you will be responsible to make audit financial report, cash flow management, taxation, business process, systems and procedures. Also ensure that all business process are conducted according to Astra's standard.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accountancy with min. GPA 3.00.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Have conceptual and systematic thinking and fast learner.
- Have interpersonal & communication skill.
ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACC - A07)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Accountancy with min GPA 3.25.
