On February 6, 2009, Tunas Mandiri Finance officially became a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (The "Bank Mandiri") through the signing of the deed of sale and purchase agreements for the purchase of 51% stake in Bank Mandiri Tunas Finance, from PT Tunas Tbk ("Turi") equal to 26% and PT Tunas Mobilindo Parama (TMP) of 25%. Bank Mandiri is the largest national bank with a network of more than 950 outlets across Indonesia. On the other hand, PT Tunas language. ("Turi"), a group company of automotive solutions provider serving the automotive needs of consumers in Indonesia, including the holders of the automotive brand of Toyota, Daihatsu, BMW, Peugeot and Honda motorcycles, sales services, used cars, consumer financing and leasing of automotive facilities. In line with this alliance, brand "Tunas Finance" changed to "Tunas Mandiri Finance". This strategic alliance will enhance the ability of Tunas Mandiri Finance to compete and improve performance in the future.
