Perfomance Reporting Coordinator (Dept Code: STP)
Position Requirements

Position Responsibilities
a. Performance Appraisal

  • Working closely with HRD and Organization Development, and from Asset Score Card, define the process to measure individual, team, and group performance and translate these into incentives; and develop supporting materials and staff training

Position Responsibilities
a. Commissioning Strategy and Plan
· Develop commissioning Philosophy for LNG FPSO to input FEED work

b. Commissioning and Handover Operations Planning
· Drive development of a commissioning and handover plan for the transition of facilities from a state of final construction to live operations (with input from Pre-Production group), including:

  •  Establish completion, commissioning and handover procedures

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist other drilling operation staff for conducting engineering study to support field drilling operation

Sr. Planning Engineer (Dept Code: PRJ)
Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferred) or other appropriate qualification from reputable institutions
  • 10+ years experience of which 4 years should be as a Lead with Planning & Scheduling responsibilities during FEED and EPC phases on complex oil & gas projects (CAPEX over US$ 1billion)
  • Prefer experience on Offshore, FPSO and/or LNG projects. However we can also consider the candidates with outstanding experience on other mega and complex oil & gas projects
  • Hands-on experience of using Primavera P6 and Risk Analysis(Pertmaster)

Position Responsibilities

  • Understand Planning and Scheduling (P&S) needs of the project through discussions with stakeholders, review of corporate requirements and identification of internal / external interfaces
  • Propose best suited Work Breakdown, P&S procedures and processes. Also propose associated P&S manpower, IT and other logistic requirements
  • Develop Integrated Project Master Schedule and update it monthly. Report overall project earned progress, forecast finish date, variances, major issues and recommendations. Conduct schedule risk analysis as required
