We are one of the fastest growing IT Company and now we are looking for a dynamic people to fill up the position of :

Material Planner Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Provide plan in purchasing spare part in monthly basis so as to get the approval from Superior.
  • Identify the quantity of spare part to be purchased with the condition the spare part will not be produced by manufacturer (last time buy position).
  • Monitor and follow up all the purchase spare part order to the local vendor in order to ensure the spare part come timely and the type match with the PO (Purchase Order).
  • Provide preventive action for immediate spare part needs which are not in the spare part planning by doing normal buy, or rainbow project, or searching through other NS.
  • Provide monthly report regarding spare plan to be submitted to Superior in order to support Superior decision making process and action plan.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Engineering/Mathematic
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in planning area in IT/consumer electronic/semiconductor industry
  • Good team player, does his/her share of the work, keeps other team members informed and up-to-date about what is happening in the group
  • Good communication skill
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment




Telesales / Telecoverage Staff
Key Accountabilities :

  • Maintain and manage Customer database. Cleaning, updating, and registering new accounts/customers.
  • Follow up and validating leads from all Acer commercial events.
  • Do regular call to all active and dormant customers to find/create new leads/opportunities or to find other issues.
  • Transfer valid leads to Account Manager (AM).
  • To pass any important/urgent info from customers call to AM, re: complaint, event, meeting request, etc.
  • To help AM to follow up Acer invitation for all commercial events, to confirm registration, etc.. (usually we need some help from CSD call center as well, but only for this part of desk job)
  • Direct report to commercial head, and matrix supervision to call center head (CSD).


Requirements

  • D3 but preferably S1
  • Man or woman, max age 30
  • Minimum experience, 2 - 3 years (the longger the better) as
  • telesales/telecoverage, preferably from IT, Telecommunication or
  • Automotive Industry. Or 2-3 years experience selling Hardware products
  • through telephone
