Responsibilities:
- Handling POSM & Merchandising production both for Smart & Fren
- Monitoring merchandise & POSM stock (Smart & Fren)
- Monitoring POSM & promotional items delivery to each region on schedule
Requirements:
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable University
- Having a minimum of 2 years working experience in POSM & merchandising with preferred exposures in Telecommunication Industry
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, good communication skill, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an intense, dynamic environment.
- Language Competency : Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Familiar with pressure of high target environment
People Development for Commercial

- Develop talent management system (career path, competancy & training)
- Develop traininng & development program for commercial
- Develop reward & recognition program
Requirements:
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable University
- Having a minimum of 2 years working experience in training & development with preferred exposures in Telecommunication or banking industry
- Strong analytical skills, creative, have excellent interpersonal skill, excellent at presentation skil, capable as trainer for some topics
- Language Competency : Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Familiar with pressure of high target environment
