MERCHANDISING DEPARTMENT
ASSISTANT BUYER / MERCHANDISER (ABY)
- Your main responsibility is to implement strategies for budgeting, sourcing and managing the right merchandise to support the achievement of targeted sales.
- Female, max 30 years old and min. Bachelor Degree / S1 graduate; minimum 3 years experience in retail merchandising or managing retail fashion brands. Computer literate (esp. Microsoft Office) and have excellent communication skill in bahasa Indonesia and in English. Ability to operate MS Project is an advantage.
- You are expected to have good vision in trend of lifestyle as well as strong analytical & interpersonal skills. You should have a sharp sense of business and negotiation skill.
STORE OPERATION
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - to be stationed in Jakarta (MT-JKT) or Makassar (MT-MKS)
- METRO Management Trainee Program is designed to meet the company's demand of Sales Supervisor positions. Reporting to a Department Executive, a Sales Supervisor is stationed on the selling floor at one of our stores and is responsible for achieving the sales target by managing the people as well as the merchandise of his/her particular department.
- If you have strong interest to build your career in retail industry, especially in store operation functions, this is the position you should apply. However, since you will be part of the operation team, you should be prepared to work at weekends and in shift-system.
- We welcome S1 Fresh Graduates to apply, or D3 Graduates if you already have working experience in retail. Being computer literate and able to communicate in English are required. You also ought to have good communication, coordination and analytical skills, and potential to lead people.

MARKETING DIVISION
BRAND MARKETING EXECUTIVE (BME)
- Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, a Brand Marketing Executive's main responsibility is to implement marketing strategies for the profitability and success of the brands under his/her responsibility. The tasks include not only operational & administrational aspects, but also coordinating with internal as well as external parties.
- Male/female, age 26-30, min. with Bachelor's degree. You should have at least 3 years of experience in fashion merchandising or managing fashion brands at a retail company.
- You should have good analytical thinking and sharp business sense, combined with good vision of trends and lifestyle.
- Your communication skill should be excellent, both in Bahasa Indonesia and in English. Strong computer skill is required, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point. Ability to operate MS Project is an advantage.
ADMINISTRATION (ADM)
- You are responsible to assist the brand marketing team in administration aspects and in coordinating with internal as well as external parties to ensure the department function is well-implemented.
- Female, max 27 years old, preferably Bachelor Degree/S1 in Business Administration or Marketing. Should have good communication and coordination skills, and good command of English, both verbal and written. Excellent in operating MS Office. Should have at least 1 year of experience in administration field.
HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (HRD) – to be stationed in Makassar (HRD-MKS).
- As the HR representative stationed in one of our stores, your main function is to work closely with the Store Operation team in providing HR services, and to ensure that all HR policies & procedures are well implemented. You are also responsible in administering personnel data of the store’s employees.
- Male / female, max. 26, min. S1 graduate with 1–2 years experience in human resource/personnel administration. Thorough with details, good communication skill and computer literate in Microsoft office are required.
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (HRD) – to be stationed in Jakarta (HRD-JKT).
- As the HR representative stationed in one of our stores, your main function is to ensure that all HR policies & procedures are well implemented. You are responsible for handling personnel administration, HRD income and attendance data, as well as maintaining staff facilities & attributes (lockers, cafeteria, uniform, etc).
- Male / female, max. 26, min. S1 graduate with 1–2 years experience in human resource/personnel administration.
- Your communication skill should be excellent, both in Bahasa Indonesia and in English; and you should be thorough with details. Strong computer skill is required, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
FINANCE DEPARTMENT
TREASURY OFFICER (TRE)
- Your main responsibilities are managing company’s monthly cash flow & daily monitoring of account payables & receivables. You are also expected to maintain good & profitable relationship with merchant banking, as well as to manage daily credit-card flow. You should be able to operate MS Office and to communicate in English.
- Male/female, 25-30 years old, min. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, with at least 3 years of experience in finance-related area. Retail working experience is an advantage.
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (ACS)
- Female/Male, max. 27 years old. Min. D3-Accounting.
- Min. 3 years experience in Accounting field and knowing in handling taxes.
- Computer literate (Excel, Word).
- Working experience in retail industry / department store is an advantage.
FINANCE SUPERVISOR (FIN)
- You are responsible for checking and ensuring that all activities within your sub-department (account payable / account receivable) are well-implemented. You should be able to operate MS Office and to communicate in English.
- Male / female, max. 30 years old, min. Bachelor degree in Finance. Should have at least 2 years related working experience.
FINANCE STAFF – to be stationed in Jakarta (FIN-JKT) and Makassar (FIN-MKS)
- You are responsible to handle the checking & documentation of internal as well as external payment voucher (cash, bank, petty cash), to maintain & prepare reporting of cash on hand, and to prepare reconciliation report.
- Male/female, max. 25 years old, min. D3 in Accounting / Finance with min. 1 year of experience in the same position.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
PROGRAMMER (PRG)
- You are responsible to support all departments by developing coding programs based on program specification.
- Male / female, max. 27 years old, min. D3/S1 in Computer Science. Working experience in retail industry is an advantage, however fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Has intensive knowledge in O/S HP UX, RDBMS and other programming languages. Should posses strong analytical & logical programming skills.
IT STAFF – to be stationed in Makassar (SAA-MKS)
- Responsible for IT system implementation in store.
