Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team consisting of a Personal Banker to achieve funding targets through acquisition and retention, and provide excellent service to all customers
Qualifications:
- 1 degree, all majors from reputable university with min GPA 2.75
- Male / Female, age max 35 yrs
- Having experience of 4-5 years, especially in banking or financial institutions (insurance, stocks, mutual funds)
- Have experience leading a sales team for 2-3 years
- Have leadership and good selling skill

SENIOR PERSONAL BANKERS (Kode : SPB)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Funding target by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customers and cross selling
Qualifications:
- 1 degree, all majors from reputable university with min GPA 2.75
- Male / Female, age max 35 yrs
- Having experience of 3-5 years, especially in banking or financial institutions (insurance, stocks, mutual funds)
- Energetic, independent in their work and a strong orientation towards the target
- Preferred master English and Mandarin
- Interesting looking, confident, and have good communication skills
- High integrity
- Has a wide business network
