Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Required language(s): English.

Service Operation Foreman (SOF)
(All Over Indonesia)

Requirements:

• Graduate from a reputable University with GPA min 2.75, S1 Engineering, Min 3 years experience
• Excellent command of English, both orally and in writing. Possess computer literacy (MS Office)
• Be a good team player, enthusiastic, proactive, and have excellent interactive skills with all level of management and staffs.
• Age not more than 40 years old
• Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented
• Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other business systems will be another advantage
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
• Having good knowledge in CATERPILLAR heavy equipment product
• Willing to be based at any branches throughout Indonesia

• Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing Used Parts Products. In this role you will working with Area officer to maximize Used Parts sales, Used product development, marketing program, campaign and training.
• Liaison between Used Parts Sources, principle brand and related supplier with PTTU Area office / Coordinator to accommodate voice of business as well as voice of customer.
• Analyze market condition, trends, product sales & competitor to provide recommendation and action plans to improve performance.
• Asses customer needs and work with internal and external suppliers to develop and market suitable products.
• Conduct Used Parts awareness campaigns and promotion program.
• Assist in implementation of comprehensive marketing plan.
• Provide training to regional staff on Used Parts product options as well as features & benefits and Marketing Programs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication and motivational skills.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.

Product Specialist - Trakindo Parts (PST)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
