A. AHLI SDM:
Responsbility
  • Plan and evaluate manpower needs to ensure the fulfillment of posts in accordance with the requirements 
  • Controlling and directing the implementation of regulations that maintain a working relationship between workers with companies both in the form of Company Regulations or Collective Labor Agreement to set a harmonious industrial relations 
  • Evaluate and control the implementation procedure of the office and general office administration 
  • Plan and implement training and development programs for workers to support the company's activities 
  • Managing and conducting performance appraisal system for workers in the company and its subsidiaries 
  • Plan and arrange for workers' remuneration and performance based on competence to support corporate goals. 

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum education S1 
  • Experienced in the field of human resources at least three years 

B. LEGAL OFFICER:
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the provision of legal expertise in the preparation phase of the cooperation contract, studies and legal opinions in cases related to 
  • Provide legal opinion and comment on the proposed contract agreement from the related functions. 
  • Conducted a study of international law to support the preparation of contracts with foreign companies both domestically and abroad. 
  • Evaluate and analyze the suitability of the implementation of regulations, laws and legal implementation of the company in accordance with the applicable legal rules to minimize disputes that may arise from violations of the rules. 
  • Implementing and evaluate the management of civil cases for claims of third parties including the preparation of the lawsuit, Reply, closing argument, conclusion, calling of witnesses, Management Letter of Authorization from the Board of Directors and Collecting Evidence. 

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum education S1 Law 
  • Experience in joint operations contracts and a minimum three-year legitation

C. AHLI AKUNTANSI
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organize and supervise the implementation of public accounting in accordance with accounting principles. 
  • evaluate the performance of the financial statements of the company and subsidiaries 
  • Preparing data and draft the company's financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations to be conducted in time 
  • Preparing data and coordinating with the child in order perusajaan examination of the audit 
  • Evaluating and preparing comments from audit findings 
  • Organize and supervise the implementation of good tax collections from companies, employees and third parties to comply with applicable tax regulations.

  • Minimal S1 Accounting and Financial Management 
  • Experience in Accounting and Finance at least three years 

D. Public Relation
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Regulate and supervise the execution of the event to ensure the sustainability of a positive image in the eyes of the entire company external stalkeholders 
  • Regulate, supervise and evaluate all external communication to deliver corporate information quickly and accurately 
  • Manage relationships with institutions supervising danmengevaluasi Civil Government / Army / Police / Partners and community related to the formation of strategic relationships that provide positive benefits for the company in the long term.

Education and Experience
  • Minimum education S1 All Programs / preferable S1 Communication Studies 
  • Experience in the field of Public Relations 

E. Investor Relation 
Duties and responsibilities
  • a. Planning and developing investor relations programs that can provide added value to the company's shares for the long term 
  • b. Develop a long-term strategy to attract and inform investors and market analysts in communicating the company's financial performance and operations of the company. 
  • c. Monitor the movement of stock values, activities and conditions of sale and purchase of the stock market 
  • d. Organize and participate in financial discussions, the meeting between analysts and shareholders with an investor conference 

Education and experience
  • Minimal S1 Financial Management / Communication 
  • Investor relations experience in at least five years


General Requirement:
  1. Bachelor (S-1) graduated (Post Graduate/Magister graduated will be value added)
  2. Having the experience related to the position applied, min. 2 years
