Training Supervisor (TSpv)
Having responsibility to design, deliver and arrange all training & development programs
Requirement:
- Male/Female, max 29 years old
- Have bachelor in any major from reputable university
- Having 1 - 3 years of experience in Training & Development field especially as a trainer
- Can make training modules, training evaluation and Training Need Analysis
- Excellent in computer skill (MS Office, Power points, etc.)
- Communicative, honest, developing and team work oriented
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Have a great passion to help, inspire & motivate people
- Have a high spirit to learn & grow
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Willing to travel all over Indonesia
Recruitment Supervisor (RSpv)
The candidates shall be responsible for various activities in Human Resource Dept especially Recruitment such as:
- Manage candidate database and job advertisement posting in media (newspaper and internet)
- Conduct psychological testing and interview
- Monitor fulfillment of employee request from all Department/Division
- Work closely with related department (Dept Head/Div Head) in order to ensure all recruitment process run effectively
- Ensure update in Job Description and Job Specification for all position
- Foresee improvements in the area of Recruitment
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max 29 years old
- Have bachelor in Psychology from reputable university
- Excellent in psycho diagnostic (psychological test & making psychological report), interviewing skill and assessment
- Having 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment process
- Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good interpersonal & Communications skills; Good team player; flexibility; Hardworking & Self Motivated.
