Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Management
• Have min. 1 years experience in HR Generalist such as recruitment, human resource management/service and general affair
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
• Job role in General HR or Recruitment/Staffing
• Have understanding of Indonesia Labor law
• Have can do attitude, communication & relationship building, conceptual thinking, developing others, integrity, teamwork

FIELD OPERATION JABODETABEK

Requirements:

• Male, max 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D1 / D3) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• Having min. 1 year experience at installation and transmission commisioning
• Able to work work underpressure and independently with minimum supervision
• Proactive attitude, capable of thinking in and out of the box, generating ideas and solutions
• Team player with strong ability to manage priorities, projects and goals
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Preferably having driving license (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in JABODETABEK, BANTEN, SERANG, KARAWANG, PURWAKARTA, CIKAMPEK
