Responsibilities
- Facilitating the management system in corporate, socialize the corporate strategies & regulations to all divisions and branches in the company, and running the PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) activities consistently to ensure the execution of company's strategies & regulations.
Requirements
- S1 degree from Accounting / Financial Management min GPA 3.00
- Having minimum 2 years experience in business development / financial analysis.
- Having a good analytical and critical thinking

Supervisor Project Improvement (SPI - B09)
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible in handling and controlling Improvement and Innovations.
Requirements
- S1 degree from Any Major with min GPA 2,80.
- Having experience in handling Improvement/Innovation min. 1 year, strong analytical thinking and problem solving method, get used in doing transfer knowledge/coaching.
- Have good teamwork and excellent communication skill.

MT Audit (MT.AUD - B09)
Responsibilities
- Auditor – Management Trainee is a development program in auditing field which certified by audit competencies, that in line with the objective of Internal Audit Astra Group. (operational audit, financial audit and IT audit). You will be develop become a credible Auditor which certified by audit competencies through variety programs in class and on the job training within 12 months of the program (basic ASTRA values and business process, basic finance, accounting and tax, basic auditing, general IT auditor, and various soft skill training). You will be prepared and trained to be our future leader in Internal Audit division in variety companies of Astra Group.
Requirements
- S1 degree from Economics (Accounting / Management), Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT with min 3,00.
- Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work
- Proficient in English both written and speaking
- Highly self motivated, self confidence, good communication, and willingness to learn
- Willing to travel around Indonesia (with high frequency)

EHS & SR Associate (ESR - B09)
Responsibilities

Requirements

General Affair Staff (GA - B09)
Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility is to coordinating, monitoring and also developing operational activities in General Affair, especially projects in Head Office and branches.
- Requirements
- S1 degree from Architect or Civil Engineering. Actively involve in organizational activities.
- Candidate must have an excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership.
Accounting Staff (ACC - B09)
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting systems and procedures.
