- S1 in Accounting / Finance from reputable university
- Min GPA is 3.00 (on scale 4.00)
- Fresh graduated or having experience in finance/accounting
- Able to work in a team, willing to work under pressure, honest, and diligent
Senior Trainer ( code : HR – TR )
Job Purpose :
- Develop Training Needs for all Division
- Coordinate and conduct the training activities for new recruit, motivational program, product certifications and advance product knowledge, and facilitate Outing/Outbond program for all manpower
- Assist Sub Department Head to manage training team and coordinate with all Division
Qualifications :
- Male or Female, min Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in Training or 1 year in same position is preferred
- Strong competency in training management (training need analysis, training matrix, training implementation and evaluation) and delivery training
- Good communication and strong analytical
- Hard worker and able to work in a team
- Willing to traveling
- Excellent supervisory, coordination and communication skills
- Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
