Mechanical Engineer
(Banten - Cilegon - KIEC Industrial Area)
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical analysis and ensure follow-up on predictive data and identifies engineered resolutions to recurring mechanical issues at multiple plants in the company
• Provide technical support to the field regarding the trouble shooting, inspection, and repair of Company's assets
• Direct quality assurance of maintenance workmanship and procedures
• Work in concert with the other Engineer Expert to analyze major breakdowns and collect data to report on cause of failure and actions to reduce or eliminate the chance of reoccurrence
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and material procurement for maintenance jobs and turnarounds
• Participate in Element Important for Safety (EIS study) for major equipment, Vulnerability Studies, and Root Cause Analyses

Requirements:

• You should a Bachelor, graduate from Mechanical Engineering, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have some years experiences in plant maintenance especially rotating equipments will be an advantage.
• Abilities to make decision and take control of situation will be very important as well as posses strong leadership qualities and be a good model for your subordinates.
• Fluency in written and speaking English and computer literate.
• Willing to work immediately

Process Engineer
(Banten - to be placed in Cilegon, KIEC Industrial Area)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement regular monitoring of plants efficiency.
• Report to management any improvement plans in production process, safety and efficiency of operations
• Regular monitoring of efficiency of cooling tower, plants, machinery’s, pipeline and distribution on monthly basis through a weekly/monthly/quarterly check list and subsequent analysis
• Prepare and make production monthly report and efficiency monitoring report
• Devise and implement plan to monitor all products and production consumables stock on regular basis
• Develop and review process, procedure check list of plants from time to time
• Maintain good discipline and supervise subordinates to achieve efficient and low production cost
• Plan and implement safety rule in all areas under ASU operation and achieve company objective “zero accident”
• Periodical inspection of all safety equipment’s, emergency system according to safety procedures
• Study, understand, review and update operating procedures and or drawings, in case of modification and improvement in plants, and according to IMS requirements for the plants, back up system, storage.

Requirements:

• We are looking for 2-3 years experiences chemical engineering graduate with drive, ambition and determination, and minimum GPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.
• We seek people who demonstrate decision making ability, and take control of situation. Strong interpersonal skill is essential.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in Cilegon.
