PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. was first established as PT. Tunggal Reksakencana in 1990, as a subsidiary of Lippo Group, to build the Lippo Village (then Lippo Karawaci) township in Tangerang, west of Jakarta. Besides Lippo Karawaci, the Lippo Group has also developed the Lippo Cikarang township in Cikarang, east of Jakarta.
Lippo Karawaci is a planned community first developed in 1993. Previously a swamp area, today it has become the benchmark of Indonesia's "other" urban developments. Known for its clean environment and excellent infrastructure, Lippo Karawaci consist of three main residential areas and a commercial district. Supermal Karawaci (previously Lippo Supermal), located at the heart of the commercial district, was the largest shopping centre in west of Jakarta when it opened in 1996. The township itself has a direct highway exit and scheduled in-town (and inter-town) buses.

ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Jobs Descriptions :

• Handling all secretarial duties and administration fields related with finance/cashier, sales, tax reporting, project management etc
• Placement : Lippo Karawaci or West Jakarta
• Qualifications:
• Male/Female
• Age : 25 y.o
• Minimal Education: Diploma degree in management/accounting
• Experience: Preferably one year experience
• Specific abilities : Computer literate, Good communication skills

TAXATION STAFF
Jobs Descriptions :

• Responsible for preparing all tax report accurately and timely, according to the tax regulation
• Placement : Lippo Karawaci
• Qualifications:
• Male/Female
• Age : 25 y.o
• Minimal Education : Bachelor degree in Accounting or Diploma Degree in taxation
• Experience : Min 2 year at the same position
• Specific abbilities : Computer literate, Brevet A and B

ACCOUNTING STAFF
Jobs Descriptions :

• Responsible for account payable system and account receiveable, prepare jurnal entries, prepare summary monthly and annual report, reconcile budget and expense, maintain cash flow
• Placement : Lippo Karawaci
• Qualifications:
• Male
• Age : 25 y.o
• Minimal Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Experience: 0 - 2  years with the same position or in Accountant Public
• Specific abilities : Posses computer skills in major program, detail oriented
