Market Development Representative
Scope of works:
- Coach and monitor Performance of Solusi Rumah CPMs Franchise.
- Supervise and provide technical support for service providers in own control area to serve prospective clients on providing architectural drawing, Detailed Engineering Drawing (DED) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) by applying SR software
- Monitor and supervise the housing development (projects) progress in customer site
- Our business consumes vast amounts of raw materials, energy and investment in large-scale capital equipment. Our customers rely on us to deliver quality products on time – every time. - Identify market potential and implement market development activities to support franchisee for both SR CPM and retailers.
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor Degree in architectural and/or civil engineering
-Experience:
- Experience in creating architectural drawing for minimum 2 stories houses or ruko, calculating BoQ, DED, structural and cost analysis (minimum for 2-story houses).
- Minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as architect, designer, site supervisor or assistant of project manager.
- Has a general insight in retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management
-Computer literacy :
- Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
-Language: Good command in English both oral & written
