Currently we are seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as:

RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities:

• Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing incoming telephone calls and maintains call logs or records.
• Take and distribute accurate messages.
• Greet visitors and determined the nature of their visit, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs or records, alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitor to appropriate person.
• Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the working hours, phone numbers, or email address.
• May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities, such as booking meeting rooms, typing, distributing mail, receiving and send courier packages.

Requirements:

• Attractive, DROP DEAD GORGEOUS/ very Good looking is a MUST
• Diploma degree is required, maximum 26 years old
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• A people person.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.

QA/QC PERSONNEL
Responsibilities :

• Perform quality assurance and check for most and any drilling material to meet the Job Order/Request (visual check on material, packaging, quantity, etc)
• Be mobile for loading point at Batam, Merak, Jakarta and Balikpapan.
• Monitor the performance of equipment and processes, identify, troubleshoot and resolve scheduling problems in order to maintain efficient operations. Prepare activity and progress reports so recurring problems, either with the quality of the reliability of testing procedures, can be identified and addressed. Supervise, coach, and mentor learn members; priorities and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field.
