Responsibilities:
- Handling Recruitment, personnel administration
- Reporting and monitoring employee count monthly basis
- Manage & control internal GA administration jobs.
- Handling office management matters, such as stationery, company license, building permits and environment.
- Handling building maintenance, electricity, vehicles, controlling and monitoring facilities and insurance for company’s assets.
Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in law/ psychology/ management
- Having of 1 - 2 years working experience in HR administration, payroll, medical-benefit, general affairs.
- Well understanding about human resources and general affair matters.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical supervision to foreman and mechanic
- Make technical activities plan
- Organize and coordinate the tasks of foreman and mechanic
- Conduct inspections of the quality of the units that have been repaired
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance to the foreman and mechanics of technical problems faced
- Make technical inspection report for customer
- Make technical repair recommendation for customer
- Perform control of all work facilities workshop
- Conduct dissemination of technical information to the foreman and mechanic
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position in HD Trucks / heavy equipment company.

Requirements:
- Male or Female, Maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree from faculty of Finance, Management, Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same position.
- Have knowledge about Import is a must.
- Well understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order, price comparison and make a link/connection to supplier.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
