Finance-Product Control

(Jakarta Raya) 

Responsibilities:

• Represent Global Markets Business Finance in projects initiatives that relateds to GM Products such as alignment process of Product Control Role by :
• Work closely with IT/Vendor, GMO and Market Risk team
• Re-engineer the process to achieve operational excellence
• As a facilitator in a new business setup in Global Markets Products such as Accounting Enteries in TP system and other information collision to Global Markets PnL
• Improve Daily Commentary
• Create process automation for daily or routine task
• Ensure the accuracy of the GM daily, monthly and ad hoc reporting and ensure all reports are fully reconciled
• Understand the mechanism of GM products booking processes from Front End System to Back End system / GL System
• Be the point of contact of control issue surrounding Global Markets BAU activities and assist in the resolution of the issues
• Ensure that there are appropiate and documented internal controls and procedure in place
• Responsible for business performance analysis
• Responsible for figures out explanation between pipeline vs flash reporting
• Responsible of PnL impact of new trade transaction
• Provide the Performance Reporting and Control based on Product, Customer, and Organization line
• Understand the mechanism of ALCO Process

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): finance &/ accounting, analytical skills, managerial skills, Communication & computer Literate.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.

• Major Responsibilities:
• To offer & promote Securities & Agency Services products toward its clients and maintain business relationship with customers to achieve business target.
• Specific Duties:

• Do cross selling activities with other segment units.
• Implement CDD/KYC properly in sales activity.
