Customer Survey Analyst Supervisor
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the system for feedback collection and result monitoring to ensure data validity
  • Create in-depth analysis and propose improvement actions
  • Make regular reports to management and dealers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Statistics or Mathematic, with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Has experience more than 2 years in similar field (analyzing data that relate with customer relation survey)
  • 25-30 years old.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have excellent skill in SPSS, familiar with Excel and Power Point for reporting purpose
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.


Event & Sponsorship Staff (Outsource Staff)
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Collect event & sponsorship proposal
  • Collect all exhibition proposal from dealer
  • Making confirmation letter to dealer for monthly exhibition approval
  • Collect all monthly exhibition report from dealer

Requirements:

  • Associate degree from reputable university, preferable from administration or MICE major, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply (had experience in event or promotion field will be advantage)
  • 21-27 years old.
  • Must be able to operate Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (active)
  • Communicative, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, have interest in dealing with administrative task



Building Maintenance Staff
(Purwakarta (Cikampek))

Responsibilities:

  • Checking building and facility condition
  • Make civil work proposal; including cost and schedule
  • Conducting tender process
  • Supervise any civil work activities
  • Checking final result

Requirements:

  • Associate degree from reputable university, major in Civil Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Have experience minimal 3 years in handling building maintenance / building / civil work supervison / cost estimator
  • Male, max 35 years old.
  • Willing to be located in Purwakarta
  • Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
  • Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, good presentation skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
  • Willing to hard work, honest and anticipative



Engineer Staff (more than 1 position)
(Purwakarta (Cikampek))

Responsibilities:

  • Productivity control (analysis & improvement)
  • Analyze daily production defect occurred and inform current problem in line production to all related section
  • Analyze and take countermeasure of concern parts related to quality and design
  • Contact and confirm to local supplier regarding the local material problem
  • Control development with suppliers especially when local part developed at initial stage
  • Standard time set-up (new model) and maintain (current model)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Preferably have 1 year experience in manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Single, 22-25 years old.
  • Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
  • Understand automotive parts and can read technical drawing
  • Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
  • Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
