Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and organize the preparation of concept plans and development strategies APU so that it can optimize the utilization of efficient and provide optimal benefit to the company.
- Analyze and compile the results of the optimization study APU include Feasibility Studies, Highest and Best Used (HBU) study, the Master Development Plan (Master Plan).
- Analyze, compile and prepare the planning of asset optimization and planning of alternative use of idle assets that have not provided significant revenue for the company according to the existing reserved.
Requirements
- Education Strata 1 (S1), Department of Economics (Marketing / Management / Accounting) or Engineering (Civil / Built Environment / Architecture)
- Having knowledge in the field of planning and development of asset optimization and assessment of property assets.
- Highest studies have expertise and Best Used (HBU) of assets.
- Mastering Ms. Office and able to speak English actively
Senior Supervisor Contract & Monitoring (SSCM)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile, analyze and provide recommendations for the validity of the optimization steps / marketing assets from the legal aspect.
- Compiling, analyzing and implementing agreements between Pertamina and the utilization of assets that other
- Prepare, and supervise the implementation of the agreements which have an adverse impact Pertamina.
- Compile, analyze and deal with legal issues in marketing assets and provide optimal solutions for Pertamina.
Requirements
- Senior Master of Law
- have knowledge in the field of business contracts, property law and property analysis & solution.
- Active in English
- Minimum 8 years of handling the job in the legal field (preferably related to property)
- Experience in the legal field in Oil & Gas Industry
Senior Supervisor Asset Controlling (SSAC)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate the results of the implementation of routine maintenance, repairs, non-routine repairs and capital APU.
- Conduct physical surveillance activities APU idle assets through physical checks on a regular basis and provide input to security for security measures and general support for the repair.
- Provide oversight for the condition of the asset being leased / to be consistent cooperation agreement
- Analyze & evaluate the inventory / physical check property company

Requirements
- Minimum education S1 Engineering / Economics / Law
- Having knowledge in the field of Asset Management Property / land and buildings, building Management / Maintenance Management, Property Law

- Minimum 10 years experience in building management / property management / developer
- Experience in technical services, law and security in the institution Oil & Gas
Analyst Database Administrator (ADA)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining SQL database system availability on Non-SAP server.
- To monitor, analyze and perform database tuning parameters for maintaining the SQL database on a server system Non-SAP in higher performance.
- Identify problems and make the database system Trouble Shooting.
- Analyze and manage database growth and perform storage management planning.
- Implementing the Strategy & tape backup management.
- Monitoring, tuning and trouble shooting system backups.
- Perform system recovery in the shortest possible time in case the system crashed on the database.
- Implement data archiving and managing archive data on a regular basis.
- Settlement-settlement of problems of data archiving.
- Creating SOPs for database management, backup & recovery.
- Implement offsite storage of data in storage as part of Disaster Recovery Planning.
- Perform database activities related to the support base of database and storage management.
Requirements
- Education Strata 1 (S1) Department of Informatics / Computers / Electronics / Telecommunication / Industrial, with work experience of at least 5 (five) years in related field. Or
- Education Diploma 3 (D3) Department of Informatics / Computers / Electronics / Telecommunication / Industrial, with work experience of at least 10 (ten) years in related field.
