Legal Counsel

Responsibility
- Prepares legal drafts, reviews legal documents and provide legal advice for company purpose.
- Conducts legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project in company.
- Design system to monitor potential risk from legal aspects of company’s current and future business.
Requirement
- Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law.
- Minimum 7 years experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core.
- Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter.
- Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document.
- Good command in English (both oral and written).
- Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills.
Industrial Relation

Responsibility
- Successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day task of Industrial Relations: review and implement of Corporate HR Policy & Procedures, Company Regulation, and Collective Labour Agreement; advising on employee discipline and the application of Labour Law at each project.
Requirement
- S1 Law with minimum of 5 years experience in similar role for Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent working knowledge of current Industrial Relations practices, labour law or government regulation.
- Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relations in the Court.
- Strong leadership skills and good team work.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Drilling Operation Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibility
- Ensure that drilling operations are executed in full compliance with PHE ONWJ’s license to operate, i.e. government legislation, AMDAL/UKL/UPL, PHE ONWJ Drilling Operations policies are adhered to.
- Support drilling operations such that they are executed in accordance with the relevant drilling/work over program.
- Prepare all necessary materials, equipment and personnel are available to execute operations in a timely and cost effective manner, e.g. casing running, cementing, completions running, rig move etc.
- To ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant contract.
- For rig move on to and off from locations, ensure that a rig move plan is deveveloped and approved, and that the move is executed in accordance with the plan. Where appropriate, ensure that the rig move is executed in accordance with the relevant SIMOPS procedures.
- Provide reports for specific operations as and when required/requested, e.g. stuck pipe, lessons learned, near misses etc.
- Where applicable, provide drilling liaison with relevant Service Contractor, Rig Contractor.
Requirement
- Degree in engineering with at least 5 years of experience in drilling engineering
- Competent technically with hands on experience and full understanding of rig equipment functions, capabilities and limitations and commissioning of new rigs.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting problems on the rigs, mechanical and electrical failures, and down hole problems.
- Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident investigation skills, knowledge of the most common HSE tools and skills.
