Senior IT Officer
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Know to create the content in Service Telecommunication Provider.
- Analyze user project proposals to include identifying potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project path.
- Participate in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of applications software.
- Contribute through code/algorithm development and other means, for the development of tools and interfaces between application programs and for the development of debugging programs.
- Provide system level support for computer software and classroom computer equipment used to conduct workshops.
- Participate in the development of training materials and assist in conducting training and workshops in parallel processing and use of large computer systems.
- Investigate, recommend and install new applications.
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
- Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
- JAVA program Skill is a must.
Qualication :
- Male/Female.
- Creative and innovative personnality.
- Has experience min. 3 years in the same position.
- Knowledge in IT Content Provider
LEGAL OFFICER
1. Key Purpose of Job
- To undertake property related legal work.
- To provide legal advice and assistance to the Divisions and Directorates of the Council
2. Anticipated Outcomes of Post
- To contribute to the efficient and effective provision of conveyancing services and advice to the Council, its Members, Officers and, if required, to outside bodies (altogether, the “Customers of the Service”).
3. Key Duties
- General conveyancing including purchases, sales, leases, tenancy agreements, surrenders, easements and licences.
- The preparation of notices under landlord and tenant legislation etc.
- The preparation of agreements under highways and water supply / drainage legislation.
- The creation of legal charges to secure charges for residential accommodation.
- Undertaking legal research and the provision of legal advice, at a level commensurate to the grade, to the Divisions and Directorates of the Council.
- Undertaking associated general administration including correspondence, the preparation of reports etc.
- Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the grade as may be assigned from time to time.
