We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT Agro Harapan Lestari is the managing agent for Groups’ plantations in Indonesia, where the Group has a land bank in excess of 80,000 hectares of plantation and mills in Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan.
The business model of Agro Group Plantations evolves around building and expanding sustainable plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence. We envision becoming a fully integrated player in the industry value-chain to ensure long term sustenance of our business.

In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in our Plantations.


Purchasing - Management Trainee
(Ketapang, sampit)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare import / export documentation
  • Presenting customs documents / certification at regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate with internal transport & clearing agents, and handle banking correspondence
  • Supervise loading at site – coordinate with Forwarders to ensure suppliers meets the cut-offs
  • Coordinate the temporary warehousing arrangements required in Jakarta
  • Represent export consignments and verify weight / quality parameters

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Must be willing to be placed at plantation in West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan.
  • Preferably candidates residing at Kalimantan
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or equivalent.
  • 3 Full-Time positions available.


Assistant Account - Management Trainee
(Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements on a fully computerized environment and the required reconciliation on a regular basis
  • Prepare operational and statutory payments
  • Carry-out Creditors and Debtors management activities

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Candidates required to be placed at plantation in remote area (Kalimantan)
  • Required skill(s): Accounting.
  • Preferred skill(s): Oracle environment.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Qualifications in IT will be an added advantage
  • Should demonstrate previous experience in ERP/computerized environment, working with packages such as Oracle financials will be a distinctive advantage
  • Sound internal control skills, and knowledgeable in business processes
  • Excellent English communication skills


Civil Assistant
(Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit)

Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to supervise and oversee the construction activities and ensure that constructions are done according to the specified standard and completed on time.
  • Dealing with contractors and construction workers, planning and allocation work, dealing with suppliers ensuring that material are of right quality and quantity and issued on time will be some of you core accountabilities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Auto Cad.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sampit.
  • The ideal candidate should be a graduate in civil engineering with minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity with good leadership qualities.
  • Experience in project management will be an added advantage
  • Full-Time positions available.
