Production Superintendent
Citeureup, West Java
This position will report to Manufacturing Manager. The incumbent is responsible to :
- Ensure that safety, quality and continuous performance are met the target and improved
- Lead production team and work schedules in accordance with budgetary cost and Danone Way Fundamental.
- Grow people through empowerment and development program
The qualifications are:
- At least D3 degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Electrical, preferably S1.
- At least 3 years working experience as Section head in the operation, preferably in Production, Quality, Engineering.
- Good command in English both verbal & written
- Posses strong leadership as well team player
- Willing to be placed in Citeureup –Bogor West Java
