TEMPORARY MARKET INSIGHT ADMINISTRATOR-FOODSTORE
In this position, you will be responsible for the following accountabilities:
- Liaising with customer scan data contact & National Key Account Manager to ensure complete & on-time delivery of raw data
- Regularly process non standard raw scan data received from National Foodstore customers – includes manual cleansing, merging & consolidation using SQL (or equivalent)
- Leading development & maintenance of Customer Relation Management software with existing & future scan data
- Developing & maintaining process documentation & communicate to key stakeholders
- Developing scan data exception reporting
- Managing Services Level Agreement with Enterprise Data Standard & Information System through monthly/fortnightly WIPs
- On-going Foodstore Team technical support & maintenance
- Designing standard scan data reports (e.g. Market Share Tables) in conjunction with Foodstore Team
- Formally document & maintain data integrity charter and distribute to relevant stakeholders
- Designing & Implementing data security procedures document & distribute
- Adhoc customer scan data consolidation & reporting as required
- Delivering internal financial reports to Foodstore Manager/Director as business requires
- Managing National Foodstore customer projects as required
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualifications:
- Holding minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from IT or Statistic discipline, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably possess commercial experience
- Advanced excel skill
- Effective time management and flexible working hours
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to work under pressure & within limited time frames
- Willing to take this position in short period (3 months)
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST SAP
In this position, you will be responsible for the following accountabilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions/business applications particularly in SAP and its core technologies, and also its integration with other platforms according to designed specifications and CCA Indonesia development standards.
- Establishing and maintaining technical design & specification documentation of the new and implemented business application system.
- Providing support, analysis and problem resolution related to applications, program, and database that have been escalated to the group, and those of after hour support.
- Maintaining user system roles and their authorizations in SAP environment.
- Coordinating and providing supervision to external business partner in providing the suitable and reliable solution in supporting the business requirements.
- Continually maintaining and improving competence and knowledge in the area of SAP and its core technologies; keeping abreast of current development and trends in assigned areas of expertise.
- Holding bachelor (S-1) degree from a reputable university, prefer majoring in computer science or electrical engineering
- Good verbal and written in English
- Good common sense in understanding of relevant business issue related to scope of applications
- Good work management skills in establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goal, planning proper schedule, taking action to monitor processes, tasks or activities and keeping track of delegated tasks and assignments
- Good work management skills and also in time management
- Reliable, proactive, open, honest and co-operative
- Having minimum 4 years experience in the similar position
- Having a solid experience in supporting SAP (HCM module) application especially in Payroll module
