CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER (CRO)
(Based in SURABAYA)

Responsibilities :
  • As a company representative you will responsible to deliver measurably high standard of service to client,  colleagues, or any business partner. The incumbent should also do the administration process of  premium payment receivable in order to align with company procedures and regulations.


General Qualification :
  • Minimum Diploma degree in any major from reputable institution.
  • Preferably 1 year experience as customer service in insurance, financial institution, or Services Company. Fresh graduate with high passion in service is welcome to apply.
  • Attractive performance and personality.
  • Communicative, proactive, and showing strong customer orientation characters.
  • Good in computer skills, mainly in Ms. Office application.
  • Good in English is a plus point.


GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR (GA)
General Overview:
  • This recruitment process are determined to find the right people in the right place for several administrator position. The incumbent will be placed in PT Commonwealth Life working unit or department that most qualified to his/her profile. As an administrator you will be placed in our head office, to gain your potention and to work with the best people in the business.


Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent will be responsible to handle all administration process in related department. Included but not limited to sorting file or documentation, compiling & filing, data entry, file distribution, maintaining relationship with vendor, and taking any necessary coordination.

Qualification:
  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) from any discipline
  • Preferably 1 year experience in Administration or Servicing area
  • Communicative, proactive, and customer oriented
  • Able to use several computer program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) without an effort
  • Good in analytical thinking, keep attention to detail
  • English proficiency


IT OPERATION OFFICER (IOF)
Responsibilities :
  • Provide first and second level services to user in area of IT operation.
  • Analyze and provide solution to end user for occurred problem in order to meet service level agreement.
  • Track and monitor user request, documenting the changes will also involve.
  • Conduct daily check of application status, night job result, anti spam server, and web status.
  • Supporting IT project when needed.

General Qualification :
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in computer / information technology.
  • Having 2 years experience in IT Operation. Fresh graduated candidate with broad knowledge or informal project in IT Operation are welcomed.
  • Good in visual basic, crystal report, and SQL server. Familiar with technical network and hardware / software troubleshoot.
  • Good communication skill, mainly in handling a complain or request. Willing to learn and help, and also performing good team work.
  • Diligent and organized person, able to manage priority, and showing good determination to finishing task.  


DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING OFFICER (DMRO)
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The incumbent will responsible for generating relevant reports according to company requirements at official standard level of service. As a company representative you will also responsible to deliver measurably high standard of service to agent, colleagues, or any business partner.

QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university.
  • Min. 1-3 years experience in data management or reporting area.
  • Advance skills in excel is a must, additional skill in using database application such as MS. Access or SQL is an advantages.
  • Well experienced in generating regular or special report both for internal or external needs.
  • Punctual person, tidy, accurate, and showing strong customer orientation characters.
