Industrial Relation Staff

Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Law background.
- Have at least 2 year experience in similar position
- Have knowledge of Manpower regulations / indonesian labor law and its implementation
- Experience in HR policy & procedures, personnel matters & employee relation
- Have depth knowledge to maintain and control confidential letter such as warning letter, termination of employment letter, and offering letter to ensure all the process run well without work disruption
