SALES TRAINER
Requirements:

  • Min. S1 graduate from reputable universities
  • Min. 2 years working experience in Training and Development preferably as Sales Trainer, of Life Insurance or financial services industry
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, and willing to travel frequently
  • Able to operate computer (MS Office)
  • Good command in English
  • High passion and energy to deliver training and support sales team to achieve target
  • Having broaden view and high awareness in market trend

HR OFFICER
Responsibilities:

  • The role of the HR Officer is proactive in supporting day-to-day operational of HR activities and strategic goals of the HR team.


Requirements:

  • Min. S1 from any major with minimum GPA 2.80
  • Min 2-3 years experience in Human Resources, experience in Life Insurance and/or Financial Services industry is an advantage
  • Strong interest and high passion in HR Development
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Min. Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Solid integrity with pro-active & positive attitude and commitment to perform and deliver result is a must
  • Strong will and capabilities to handling administration job
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
