Requirements:

  • Female, max 30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology.
  • Experienced in Talent Management (recruitment, training & people development base on competency)
  • Minimum Supervisory level for at least 3 years in FMCG Industry
  • Experience in interview technique, Psychological test tools, scoring and interpretation
  • Solid communication skills, having exposure in multinational environment.
  • Good command in English (spoken and written) is a compulsory.
  • Good presentation skill
