Mechanics Supervisor

- Candidate must possess SMU, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in maintenance, troubleshuting, repairing heavy equipments are required for this position.

- Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Psychology
- Maximum age : 40 years old
- Preferred minimum 3 years experiences in doing HRGA matters at the Mining Industry
- Experienced in implementing National Labor Regulations such as Peraturan Ketenagakerjaan, PPHI, Kepmen perubahan perundang-undangan
- Experienced in handling insurance matters such as Jamsostek
- Experienced in Payroll system and tax pph21
- Experienced in doing recruitment activities for driver/operator and mechanic heavy equipment and others non staff position
- Experienced in conducting Walk in Interview
- Experienced in Industrial Relations/Community Developments.
- Willingness to work in remote areas (at our sites in Kalimantan) with work roster schedule
Maintenance Planner
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan)Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical),
- Minimum Bachelor Degree that has 3 years experience as maintenance planner in the mining industry
- Willingness to be placed at our sites (remote area) in Kalimantan
- Computer literates : Microsoft Office, etc.
Technical Superintendent
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan)Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering of Mining/Geology/Geodetic
- Minimum 10 years solid experience in mine planning, drilling & blasting, and survey at mining industry or 4 years experience as Superintendent in Engineering Section.
- Hands on to operate Mine Scape, Surpac and Minex Software
- Fluently in English is preferable.
- Job Location : Based in Site / Project
PROJECT MANAGER
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan)Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering/Geology Engineering
- Has minimum 15 years of solid experience in mining operations with last position as senior level at the mining industry
- Or has minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager in mining contractors
- Familiar to work both strategically /operationally
- Has management experience in an industry open pit mining is a distinct advantage
- Good level of written and verbal in english
- Strong Negotiation skills and able to communicate well and has good organization skill
- Trustworthy and reliable character
Plant Superintendent-Site area (Code: PSUPT)
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan)Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years experience in maintenance, troubleshouting, repairing, planning, and manage assets of heavy equipments
- Or 3-5 years experience as Superintendent in Plant Department at mining contractors
- Familiar with wide range of heavy equipments maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi & Volvo.
- Experience in the maintenance management and system
- Fluently in English
Surveyor
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan)Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School/Vacational School (STM)
- Minimum 3 years experience as mine surveyor
- Able to operate Surpac, AutoCAD
- Familiar with Total Station Sokkia Set 2030, 330 and 310
- Able to manage a small group of survey crews
- Job Location : Base in Site / Project
Mine Operation Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Project Site (Kalimantan))Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering
- Min 4 years experience in the mining industry, with 2 years as Mine Operation Supervisor in mining contractors
- Having a good understanding of wide range mining operation
- Willingness to be placed in remote area (Kalimantan)
